Gone Fishing

Well, still no new kills. Several attempts, but no deaths on either side. Working on my skills, and with the new patch come December 14th I will be investing heavily in armor/shield and resists! OOOOoo!

I have carefully joined a group of Wormhole Dwellers, and desperately trying to get my Battleship Skills ready. Battlecruisers are just not enough tank or gank in a Class 3.

Chased and Gank Fail

Soo, I am stillbeing chased through low-sec by people who are bigger pirates than myself... kind of irritating and flattering.

Attempted gank using a thrasher failed, the industrial took one hit and then I got Concorded... even though my guns cycled three more times on the industrial, I never hit it again. Totally bullshit!

Chased a smaller pirate than myself, guy had a Wolf and still ran from my Rifter. I dont get it at all.

Finding targets

Well, the last four days I have been chased by 'uglier' pirates than myself. Even a EVE-UNI anti-pirate T2 frigate came calling... in a Wolf, then a Jaguar. Two Dramiels, and an Iksur. So, no real fights, just lots of running away after looting peoples trash.

On the plus side, I have looted enough trash to equip two more Rifters. But heading into low-sec looking for a fight means I dont have a Salvager on-board. Think I need an alt to salvage... with a cloak and enough room for extra ammo!

So, I became a pirate

After two long months of learning how to fight from Eve-University, listening to lectures, and reading more advanced pirates' blogs... I went out with my rifter, found a Thrasher, and podd'ed the pilot. Just me, tech 1 AC 200mm cannons, and a webber.... talk about silly, is being a pirate really that tough?

Since this is my first solo kill, I cant brag much. Still need to buy into a kill board.
